Robyn on the radio and her new email address

Robyn was recently interviewed for a Melbourne radio station, Light fm if you would like to have a listen then follow this link. http://www.lightfm.com.au/Your-Morning/Malawi.html. In the interview she shares a bit about what she does in Malawi but also why she does it.  Robyn has recently gotten a new email address, you can contact her directly on robyn@mphatso.org If you could please not send her images or even emails with headers attached as these are often difficult for her to download and take up precious internet time! Happy Listening!

Auction night

A quick update for those of you who are longing to know how the Auction night went! It was an amazing night of fun, food, music but most importantly fundraising!! An amazing $22,000 was raised on the night with another $6000 pledged in ongoing support for the coming year. A huge thank you goes to the fundraising team of Nikki Welsh, Selena Parfett and Nancy Zanker. They worked tirelessly to achieve this amazing result which will help to ensure that a thousand children a day are fed and educated in Malawi in 2010, not to mention all of the other things Mphatso Childrens foundation is doing. There are many more thank-you’s to come (see the next newsletter) but a special thank you to everyone who came on the night and made it such a success.
