Kairos and Mphatso shop up and running!!!

 Hi everyone.

Mphatso is pleased to announce that we now have a shop up and running!! Together with Kairos, which sells ladies fashions and accessories, Mphatso now has a location to sell a wide range of framed art work, jewellery, cards and carved African woodwork. All proceeds of Mphatso sales will go straight to the work of Mphatso, so make sure you check it out! 

The address of Kairos is 83 the Parade (next to the hairdresser and bike shop). Phone number is 5255 3688.

Mphatso Calenders

It's that time of the year again with stunning calenders for just $10 each!! Available at Gumnut Grove Opp Shop, several Ocean Grove retailers, or simply email the Mphatso email address and we will attempt to organise one for you. If you are interested in selling them, please contact us too. Once again, all proceeds go straight to the work of Mphatso!

Art Show

 Thankyou to all those who supported or came along to the Mphatso Art Show. Over $10 000 was raised, which is a fantastic result, and will make such a difference to the lives of the community in Malawi. For those that couldn't make it, it looks to become an annual event, so just get ready for next year!! Pictures coming soon!

Mphatso Garage Sale

Robyn Casey is back in Australia to rest and promote the good works continuing in Malawi.  As you can imagine cost of living while in Australia is quite a struggle for Robyn.  To help her with this we are having a Garage Sale and Sausage Sizzle on Saturday 15th October 2011 at Gumnut Grove Op Shop, 28 Hodgson Street, Ocean Grove from 9am - 3pm.  Helpers on the day and donations are desparately needed.  Furniture is most welcome (no matress') from 8.30am. Cash donations can also be made on the day or via Robyn's bank account BSB 633000 Acc# 123483422.  For more information call Nancy on 0425851283.
