Work Party Update

A quick Hi to all,

Everything is progressing well, The whole team is working hard except for me who seems to be always driving around getting materials!

The nursery school is nearly finished, with one side of the Iron sheets already on, The local Chief smiled when he saw it and said to his offsider 2nd Lieutenant “Muzungu (white man), straight, no up and down” as he looked at the straight roof sheets. Very impressed, then he was delighted to see the way Will had built Robyn’s office. He laughed and again pointed at the way Muzungu’s build.

Leanne has been flat out making delicious meals with Carolyn and Carolyn and Tamara have made scrumptious cakes and deserts. Robyn has taken over the porridge in the morning as Leanne and Carolyn get up too late.

 Wes and Geoff Jolly have led the way in the building Russ  with the roof and Shaun rendering the walls. Will has taken over the finances while Carolyn, Leanne and I head to Zambia for a few days.

The local bus broke down on the way to Lilongwe so we thumbed a ride on a mini bus and have arrived safely.
